Our robot cell for larger milled parts.
A Fanuc robot, equipped with the vision camera system, serves as the assembler.
With the help of a parts conveyor belt with two levels, the raw parts are fed to the robot and finished parts are deposited. The conveyor belt with a width of 1m ensures a very large buffer capacity.
We deliver the conveyor belt of the robotic cell in 2 versions: short or long belt. The belt length depends on the parts to be processed and the space available. Thanks to the vision camera system, no special raw part positioning devices are required on the conveyor belt, because the robot recognizes and positions the raw parts as it needs them.
Of course, the Fanuc Robodrill is also part of our robotic cell. The communication between the CNC machine and robot from the same manufacturer takes place via FL-Net protocol, which enables simple operation of the robot in its basic functions via the Robodrill CNC control.
Our robot cell is surrounded by a security fence that meets all the requirements of the Machinery Directive.
